Naressh J Jain is a distinguished governance, risk, and compliance professional with more than 30 years of leadership experience across infrastructure, oil and gas, financial services, media and broadcasting, sports, and shipping.
A Chartered Accountant by training, Naressh has held leadership roles with ADCO (ADNOC Group, UAE), Hapag-Lloyd, Tata Consultancy Services, and Star TV, now Jio Hotstar. He has also served as Head of Compliance and Enforcement (Workers' Welfare – Human Capital) for a major Government body contributing to the delivery of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 infrastructure.
Alongside his corporate leadership journey, Naressh is a certified Life Coach, a committed philanthropist, and an active member of Lions Club International. His long-standing interest in occult sciences — including Numerology, Vedic Vastu, Feng Shui, Astrology, Palmistry, and Kakini Vichaar — adds a rare and holistic dimension to his consulting practice.
Based in Mumbai and Doha, he brings together the discipline of leadership, the calm of coaching, and the depth of traditional wisdom.
